From the Naples Capodichino airport, it is possible to reach the boarding point of Molo Beverello (duration of hydrofoil journey: 50 minutes), and Calata Porta di Massa (duration of ferry journey: 90 minutes) by taxi (by immediately requesting the flat fare, available every day). It is also possible to reach the boarding points on the Bus Alibus (tickets are available onboard), by stopping at Molo Beverello, where there is a free shuttle service to Calata Porta di Massa.
By train

By car
Exit the highway at Naples, the auto boarding point for Ischia can be reached from the exit for Calata Porta di Massa; just follow the directions for Porto. If you have a reservation for your vehicle, follow signs for Varco Bausan; vehicles without reservations should follow signs for the Varco Pisacane entrance.
The port of Pozzuoli is closer to the island, for this reason it is a valid alternative: to reach Pozzuoli, exit the Naples highway and take the bypass road towards Pozzuoli, then take the Via Campana exit and follow signs for Porto.
